Refund Policy — MARUFIC LLC

We only take on projects we are confident we can deliver. This Refund Policy explains what happens if we determine, after starting work, that we cannot reliably deliver the system or outcome we agreed to.

1. Our Commitment

If MARUFIC LLC determines that it cannot reliably deliver the scope of work agreed to — to the standard promised — the Client is eligible for a refund of fees paid, in full or in part, as described below.

2. When a Refund Applies

  • We determine, before delivery, that we cannot deliver the agreed scope to the standard we promised.
  • A technical limitation (third-party platform, API, or AI model behavior) prevents the system from working as scoped, and we cannot find a viable alternative.
  • We are unable to continue the engagement for reasons within our control.

3. When a Refund Does Not Apply

  • The agreed scope was delivered.
  • The Client changes their mind, changes direction, or no longer needs the system.
  • A third party (for example, TikTok, OpenAI, Make.com, or any platform we integrate with) materially changes its terms, pricing, or capabilities after delivery.
  • The Client did not provide the access, accounts, or information required to complete the work, after reasonable requests.

4. How Refunds Are Calculated

  • Before any work has started — full refund of the deposit.
  • Work in progress — refund of the portion of fees corresponding to work not delivered, calculated in good faith.
  • After delivery, where a defect prevents the system from working as scoped — we will first attempt to fix the issue at no extra cost; if we cannot, a partial or full refund is issued based on the impact.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email maruf@getcmda.com describing the issue and the outcome you expected. We respond within 3 business days and aim to resolve refund requests within 14 days of acknowledgement.

6. Relationship to Our Terms

This Refund Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. Where the two documents address the same topic, this Refund Policy takes precedence on the question of refunds.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
